Our clientele include the Public Utilities Board of Singapore, Singapore Power Gas Ltd. Our project includes laying, modification and upgrading of Portable Water, Raw Water, Industrial Water, NEWater, Sewer and Gas pipelines.

Shingda is accredited with ISO 9001:2000 ,ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:1999 and is registered with BCA under the Financial Category of L6 with no tendering limit in Building Construction Authority (BCA) Workhead of Pipe Laying and Road Reinstatement (CR07) and B2 with tendering limit of up to 15 million in BCA Workhead of Civil Engineering Works (CW02).
